  • Paid retest billing data: For paid re-scans processed through Stripe Checkout, business name, billing contact name, billing address, tax ID summary, and related Stripe customer and invoice identifiers.
  • Usage data: IP addresses, browser type, and interaction logs generated when you use the Service.
  • Correspondence: Content and metadata from emails, support tickets, and other communications you send us, including IP addresses and any other metadata attached.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your data to operate the Service, process payments, generate and store billing records for paid re-scans, respond to support requests, and comply with legal obligations.

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to fulfil the purposes above. When data is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it; where immediate deletion is not possible, we isolate it from active use until deletion is feasible.

We do not sell your data. We share it with third-party service providers, such as payment processors and hosting providers, only to the extent necessary to operate the Service. This includes Stripe for payment processing, invoicing, and tax ID collection during paid re-scan checkout. These providers are bound by confidentiality obligations.
