The summary helps you decide what needs attention. The full report supplies the detailed evidence needed to investigate all affected hosts and distribute remediation work.
Summary and full report
A free scan needs no account or email. Its summary includes the score, key findings, counts, and example evidence. The full report adds the detailed affected-host and endpoint lists, certificate inventory, and available exports.
The purchase flow shows the price before checkout. A fresh report can be unlocked; an older report can offer a paid retest so that the purchase produces current evidence. Use the price displayed in the purchase flow rather than relying on an old screenshot or exported report.
Share the appropriate access
A normal report link opens the summary unless the viewer has qualifying full access. The full-report link delivered after purchase carries access to the detailed report, so forwarding that link also shares that access. A qualifying signed-in account can also open its purchased reports.
Treat links containing access tokens as access credentials. Report URLs are not a substitute for deciding who should receive the information. Avoid including full-access links in public tickets or public documentation.
Use the exports for the job
CSV tables are useful for assigning affected hosts and endpoints to owners. Markdown makes the report easier to attach to a ticket or keep with an assessment. JSON is useful when your own tooling needs the underlying report data. Available controls depend on report access and the data present in that report.
Preserve the domain, scan date, and finding context when exporting. A list of addresses without the hostname and observed behavior can lead the recipient to change the wrong service.
Keep evidence with the remediation
Share the smallest relevant set of findings with the person responsible for the affected TLS terminator, DNS zone, or mail service. Ask them to record what changed and when, then use a fresh report to confirm the result. Fixing and retesting describes that workflow.
